Penybont are pleased to announce Western Bay Adoption Service will continue to sponsor our academy shirts for the upcoming season.

Penybont FC were thrilled to welcome Western Bay Adoption Service (WBAS) to the SDM Glass Stadium with some academy members and our academy community officer and first team captain, Kane Owen to help launch the new 2023/24 academy kit.

As part of WBAS’ ongoing commitment to supporting grassroots sports in the Bridgend area the service are proud to have their logo displayed on the new kit and on pitch side billboards at the SDM Glass Stadium.  Kane Owen said, “We’re very happy to have Western Bay on-board with their support again this season. Their community values are in line with that of the academy and we’re proud to be partners. Last year was great when we supported the service with Sports Days and coaching sessions for adopted children and we’re excited about the season ahead.”

Stuart Goddard Marketing Officer for WBAS said, “Supporting Penybont FC Academies this year and the Bridgend Ravens is part of our ongoing investment into the community and grass roots sports in Bridgend. This alongside our activities such as events and outside advertising shows our determination to not only normalise the image and discussion of adoption, but to also make us highly visible to anyone who needs support, including birth parents who’ve been affected.”
